This build was already under construction when the client contacted me, their building selections based on the ones we had created for Lares Homes California House - a warm palette inspired by local stone & native blackbutt timber.
The client advised that she would love a black and white scheme, however I demonstrated that a base of black and linen would be much warmer and in keeping with the building selections - and also more contemporary and in keeping with the architecture, resulting in a home the clients really love.
